The majority of the time we do not keep the property. We usually sell a property to someone who will fix it up and then sell the property at market value, thereby maintaining or improving property values in a neighborhood.

We do not pay full price for real estate. If someone is not willing to sell their property for a steep discount, usually a minimum of no less than 30% below market value, we are not interested in it.
